Well, I have done this for a while. I have been submitting OC imagery that I DO own (my own cast - Lyne being the odd exception from a few years back.) Kikasit'su, Amanda, Jessica, and Tator Tot (my first Pony OC) being a few of hopefully many more in times to come.
Other OCs that I would like to introduce would be the rest of the Gretchen household, some of my older OC's like Sheriz, Kikasit'su's FORMER nemesis (Gunmaku), Judge, and others - hence why I was checking out artist profiles and seeing what styles compliment whom. I will admit, not all artists will fulfill the job - so I am thinking: "Artist X is right for Character Y."

Jessica... The Mary Sue?

A while ago, I have noted a descending opinion on my OC Jessica.
Now, before I start raising myself to a defense position, and brace for impact, i wish to to address what this opinion was about in a more reflective fashion.
A while ago, the opinion of someone came to my attention, as he described my character to be a "Mary Sue." For those of you that don't know what a Mary Sue is (or a Gary Stu for the male gender), it is a character that has EVERYTHING a character could want or need for the sake of wanting or needing such a thing.
Is the character perfect... too perfect?
Is the character the sudden attention grabber to the main character

As of this posting - it was 37 of you folks that have favored the debut of my OC, Jessica. Even though I had RP'ing her, fleshing her character out, and building the Ultimate Growth fantasy come to life - I wanted to make sure that the right artist came through with the chops to pull off such a wonderful display.
